HV DS-160 CEAC Assistant Privacy Policy

HV DS-160 CEAC Assistant is a private internal Chrome extension used by authorized HotVisa operators to assist with controlled DS-160 CEAC filling workflows. The extension works only with short-lived extension sessions created in the HotVisa DS-160 backoffice.

Single Purpose

The extension assists authorized HotVisa operators with CEAC DS-160 page fill and save workflows using manager-approved package data from the HotVisa DS-160 backoffice.

Data Processed

• Short-lived extension session tokens pasted by an authorized operator.
• Approved DS-160 package fields and CEAC mapping data.
• Operational telemetry, including page status, mapped field fill results, CEAC blocking states, save events, and optional redacted page snapshots when enabled by server policy.

How Data Is Used

Data is used only to provide the operator workflow, verify mapped CEAC page state, support auditability, and help recover controlled CEAC fill sessions. The extension does not use data for advertising, profiling, analytics resale, or unrelated product purposes.

Data Sharing

The extension communicates with the HotVisa DS-160 backend at https://archiebald.ai/ds160/. It does not sell data and does not transfer data to third parties except as needed for the HotVisa DS-160 service and its authorized processing infrastructure.

Human-Controlled CEAC Steps

The extension does not bypass CAPTCHA, security prompts, applicant signature, or final submission. Operators and applicants remain in control of CEAC navigation and all human-required steps.

Retention and Access

Extension sessions are short-lived. Case data, audit records, and operational telemetry are retained according to HotVisa DS-160 retention and compliance policies. Access is limited to authorized HotVisa personnel.
